Oh, look, it’s the last post of the year. It’s not even a Yearly Favourites or a Yearly Wrap-up. I was going to do a post along those lines but I nixed it. I mean, in this monstrosity of a year, who cares what my favourites were?
In one of last year’s Yearly Favourites posts, I wrote, “ I’m not going to lie, 2019 was, by far, the worst year I’ve had to withstand in my whole life. But I’m glad that it’s behind me now. I’m happy to bid it farewell and to look onto brighter skies as the new decade begins. 2020, please be nice to us all.”
Girl, if only you knew.
