Review: Etude House Moistfull Collagen Eye Cream.

Etude House Moistfull Collagen Eye Cream

Today, we’re going to delve into my first eye cream. Prevention is better than cure, right?

THE BACKSTORY: My under-eye area is usually very dry. And like everybody else’s, it’s very delicate. I decided to try out Etude House’s eye cream during some crazy Black Friday sales. I have used samples of the eye cream before, which is why I just ordered this particular version.

I’ve written about the sample session here

THE PRODUCT: The eye-cream comes packaged in a cute little jar, which is a lot smaller than the jars for their Collagen creams. It even comes with a spatula – the spatula ensures the cream inside is left hygienic as you can use it to simply dispense the product at the back of your hand and work it into your under-eye area.

The cream is like a solid jelly texture inside the jar. But the moment you pick it up and work it into your skin, it gets softened by your skin’s warmth. A little goes a long way with this little eye cream. While it is very rich and heavy, it sinks into the skin well and leaves it feeling hydrated and nourished.

This particular eye-cream nourishes and replenishes your under-eye area. It does not have any significant brightening properties. It doesn’t feel overly rich or oily. Again, it absorbs into the skin very well.

I personally think it is a product worth looking into. As for me, I will definitely repurchase it once I run out. I am far from running out as is, though. Unless another eye-cream with fancier packaging comes along and I get distracted by it, I think I’m good with this little one.
