Hi, let’s discuss these blushes.
THE BACKSTORY:
If you had told me that I would find something that is able to replicate the look that my Glossier Cloud Paint gives me, at a more affordable price-point, I wouldn’t have believed you. But then came Drew Barrymore’s cosmetic line, Flower Beauty. A local e-commerce giant, Nykaa, exclusively carries the whole makeup line and sometime last year they finally released one of the most anticipated products from their line – their Blush Bombs.
THE PRODUCTS:
These come in a plastic and cardboard box; the component itself is made of plastic as well and is made to look like a little watercolor tube. You squeeze the tube and the product is dispensed from the nozzle.
Among the handful of colors they have available, I have tried three and have been impressed by all of them. However, I must say that the darkest shade in the range is not as creamy and smooth as the other ones, which are, of course, lighter hues.
When it comes to these blushes, a little bit goes a very long way and I don’t say this lightly. They look rather opaque when you first squeeze some out (always do so on the back of your hand or a clean surface and not directly on the cheeks) but when blended out, they look glossy and seamless. These cream blushes give your face a very fresh and healthy glow. Again, they are very easy to blend and you can do so with either your clean fingers or a sponge. A synthetic buffing brush would work too. I think they’re best applied with clean fingers.
Like I mentioned, they do have a very natural, dewy and fresh finish. If you wish for them to last longer, you could simply apply some translucent powder on top. Otherwise, on their own, the longevity isn’t particularly astounding.
I think these are lovely blushes to own – it doesn’t really matter if you’re a newbie who’s just beginning their makeup journey or a seasoned makeup consumer. These will hold their own regardless.

♥ OVERALL: I think these radiant-finish cream blushes are a worthwhile purchase. They’re often out of stock so if you are able to purchase one, go for it.
